PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY. BY JOINING, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BECOME BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. *

This is a legal agreement between you and Seven Seas Security, LLC. This Agreement states the terms and conditions upon which Seven Seas Security, LLC offers its products and services.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. No Price Protection or Stock Rotation
    Seven Seas Security, LLC DOES NOT offer any type of price protection or stock rotation. We often drop prices suddenly and without notice.
  2. Payment Terms
    New Domestic accounts are typically set up on Credit Card terms (we accept Visa and MasterCard).
  3. Company Checks
    We cannot accept personal checks. The address printed on your company check must be the same as the ship to address.
  4. Bounced Check Policy
    If you bounce a check, you will permanently lose your Company Check privileges. NO EXCEPTIONS. You will also be charged a $30.00 service fee.
  5. Credit Cards
    We accept Visa and Master Card! All Credit Card sales must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card. If shipping to a different address, please see our drop ship policy.
  6. Refused Shipments
    If a shipment is refused for any reason, customer is responsible for the freight charge incurred. Seven Seas Security, LLC also reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.
  7. Warranty Limitations
    Seven Seas Security, LLC cannot warrant an item that has been improperly used or physically damaged. Warranties may be limited on some items. Please check product details on our website and your invoice to verify the warranty is as expected.
  8. RMA's
    • Before sending any item back to Seven Seas Security, LLC, you must request an RMA number from the sales department. Any returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. RMA Numbers are valid from 14 days after issuance. After you get an RMA number, please send the item(s) in immediately.
    • For items that are being returned for store credit or money back, an RMA number must be issued within 30 days of the invoice date. Seven Seas Security, LLC must receive the item(s) within 14 days after issuing the RMA number.
    30-Day money back only applies to defective products. Any product that is returned in working condition within 30 days of the invoice date will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
    • Customer MUST CAREFULLY PACK defective items being returned, as if they were new and working. FAILURE TO DO SO may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty.
    • All credits for returns will be issued within 14 days after receiving the RMA(s).
    • Buyer pays for shipping for any RMAs. RMA credits are for product only and do NOT include any reimbursement for shipping charges.
    • No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the serial number is missing on those items that have serial numbers.
    • All returns or exchanges must include a copy of the original invoice or sales receipt, and if applicable the purchase order number, along with the serial number of the item if it exists.
    • All missing/damaged components will be deducted from the credit amount.
    • After the first 30 days from the date of purchase/shipment date, if for any reason our products become defective, simply contact us and we will either replace it or give you in-store credit.
    • Non-defective items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days.
    • Physically damaged (such as cut wires, dents, etc.) items cannot be returned or exchanged at any time and the warranty is void.
  9. Blind Drop Ship Policy
    Seven Seas Security, LLC will blind drop ship to your customers, eliminating the need to carry massive inventory. We will accept your order, process and ship to your customer. Your company name and return address will appear on all labels. To do this we require:
    1. A signed authorization form faxed to us
    2. All drop ship orders require a signed and faxed P.O. with ship-to address
    3. Front and back copy of credit card which we will charge upon shipping the package(s)
    4. Copy of driver’s license of credit card holder
    5. A non-refundable $3.00 surcharge per box for processing the drop shipment
    • Seven Seas Security, LLC will not be responsible for invoicing your customers. All RMA’s from your customers must first be shipped back to you and then from you to us for processing.
    • There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returned non-defective merchandise within 30 days of invoice. Items must be in original packaging along will all manuals, software and miscellaneous parts; otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the RMA.
    • Non-defective RMA’s with missing parts may be shipped back to customer at customer’s expense.
    • We look forward to growing your business and ours by making you and your customers happy.
  10. Fitness of Purpose
    Seven Seas Security, LLC cannot warrant any product as fit for any particular use or purpose. We strongly recommend customers evaluate a sample unit to determine by their criteria whether a product will work in their configuration.
  11. Defective Products
    Any damages arising from a defective product to be limited to a refund of the purchase price only. Defective items will be replaced with either a repaired or refurbished unit (even for DOA's). If no replacement unit is available within 30 days, we will issue a credit memo. Credits expire 6 months after date of issue. RMA credits are for product only and do NOT include any reimbursement for shipping charges.
  12. Local Laws
    Please check your local laws before you make any purchase. Seven Seas Security, LLC is not responsible for any illegal usage on items sold.
  13. Product Availability
    All orders are subject to product availability. Some special order items may take up to a week before shipping.
  14. Order Cancellation
    Cancellation of orders can only be processed before orders are shipped.
